DHL Supply Chain in Beringe is looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Team Leader. In this role, you will be responsible for leading, coaching, and developing your team while ensuring that daily operations run smoothly. What will you do?

As a Team Leader, you are the link between operations and employees. You maintain oversight, make adjustments where needed, and ensure operational targets are achieved.

Your responsibilities include:

• Monitoring and optimizing operational processes;
• Coordinating with fellow Team Leaders to ensure an efficient workflow;
• Coaching and supporting employees in their performance and personal development;
• Conducting performance, absence, and development discussions;
• Creating and maintaining a safe, positive, and inclusive working environment;
• Managing workforce planning and scheduling;
• Maintaining accurate time registration and attendance records;
• Identifying opportunities for improvement and contributing to process optimization initiatives.

You will join DHL Supply Chain in Beringe, part of the world’s largest logistics service provider. At the innovative Technology Supply Chain Campus, spanning 145,000 m², logistics solutions are delivered to a wide range of international clients in sectors such as technology and retail.

In addition, you have:

• Experience in a leadership role, preferably within logistics, supply chain, or warehousing;
• Strong analytical skills and experience working with systems and reporting tools;
• Good command of both Dutch and English, spoken and written;
• A proactive, reliable, and solution-oriented mindset;
• Strong coaching skills and the ability to develop and inspire team members.

You can expect:

• A full-time position of 40 hours per week;
• A gross monthly salary between €3,100 and €3,838 based on a 40-hour workweek;
• Growth opportunities up to €4,580 gross per month, depending on experience and qualifications;
• A 30% shift allowance for hours worked between 6:00 PM and 6:00 AM;
