As an administratief medewerker, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth flow of procurement and invoicing processes for raw materials. You’ll work closely with suppliers and internal teams to maintain accuracy and efficiency in a dynamic international environment. With your 3-5 years of administrative experience and proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook, you’ll contribute to the seamless operation of our logistics and procurement team of 5-10 colleagues. Main Tasks:

• Procurement orders: preparing annual general procurement orders for the supply of raw materials.
• Supplier communication: establishing and maintaining relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Transaction processing: completing procurement transactions accurately and on time.
• Invoice approval: approving invoices in line with procurement authority guidelines.
• Material delivery: coordinating actions to guarantee the timely delivery of materials.

• Gross monthly salary between €2,500 and €3,200.
• Temporary contract with the prospect of permanent employment.
• Full-time position for 39-40 hours per week.
