About the role
As a Front Office Intern, you will be at the heart of the guest experience. Working alongside our Front Office team, you will learn how to create memorable stays while developing your skills in luxury hospitality.
During your internship, you will:
Welcome guests and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
Be a point of contact for guest requests and provide personalized service.
Learn how to handle reservations, payments, and administrative tasks.
Support the team in creating memorable guest experiences.
Gain insight into luxury hospitality standards and daily hotel operations.
Work closely with different departments to ensure a seamless guest journey.

Who are we looking for?
You are currently enrolled in a hospitality, hotel management, tourism, or related study.
You are enthusiastic, service-minded, and eager to learn.
You enjoy interacting with people from different cultures and backgrounds.
You have strong communication skills in English; Dutch is a plus.
You are organized, proactive, and pay attention to detail.
You are available for a minimum internship period required by your school.
