Your role in the journey
As Revenue Management Trainee, you'll work closely with our Revenue Manager to support strategic decisions that impact pricing, availability and performance. You'll dive into data, monitor trends, and help create tools and reports that guide our commercial strategy. Your responsibilities include:
Analyzing market trends and competitor pricing
Supporting the development and execution of pricing strategies
Preparing daily and commercial performance reports
Collaborating with Sales & Marketing to optimize offers and promotions
Assisting with reservation system management and availability optimization
Creating Excel tools to support decision-making
What you'll bring
Availability for at least 20 weeks, 5 days per week
Enrollment in a relevant EU-based study (Hospitality, Sales, Marketing or Business)
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
A proactive, precise and challenge-driven mindset
Excellent planning and organizational abilities
Ability to work both independently and in a team
Strong communication skills and fluency in English; Dutch is a plus
