Employment agency Manpower is looking for a Maintenance Technician for a company in Breda.
As a Maintenance Technician, you are responsible for maintaining, repairing, and improving equipment to ensure optimal performance. You will:
- Perform preventive maintenance such as inspections, lubrication, and adjustments
- Diagnose and repair technical faults to minimize downtime
- Use predictive maintenance techniques to prevent failures
- Respond quickly to breakdowns and carry out emergency repairs
- Ensure all equipment meets safety and compliance standards
- Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities and performance
- Identify and implement improvements for efficiency and reliability
- Manage spare parts inventory, including ordering and tracking components
- Gross hourly salary between €3,000 and €4,100 (based on experience)
- 28% shift allowance when working in a 3-shift schedule
- Full-time job of 38 to 40 hours per week
