What are my responsibilities?
As a Beverage & Food Management Intern, you will assist the leadership team in the Beverage & Food team in overseeing both food and beverage operations, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the administrative side of the department. This role offers you the chance to learn the essential behind-the-scenes tasks that keep everything running smoothly in a dynamic hospitality environment.
Your responsibilities will include supporting staff scheduling to ensure effective shift coverage, helping track inventory levels for both food and beverages, and assisting with the purchasing process. Additionally, you will help organize and maintain important records such as order sheets, invoices, and compliance documentation. By gaining experience in these areas, you'll also develop a deeper understanding of budgeting and cost management within food and beverage operations.
This position provides an excellent opportunity for those who want to explore the administrative side of the food and beverage industry while working alongside experienced leaders to get a full picture of how both areas come together to deliver exceptional service.

You are detail-oriented and highly organized.
You are proficient with digital tools and systems, or you learn quickly.
You are able to communicate fluently in English and preferably Dutch.
You are flexible and can work various shifts.
You are available for 5 to 10 months.
