Do you thrive on delivering powerful online results? And do you know exactly how to set up, analyze, and optimize SEA campaigns? And does working for brands like Maxi-Cosi across multiple European countries sound exciting to you? As a SEA specialist at Dorel Juvenile in Helmond, you are the expert behind our online ads. Whether it's about boosting brand awareness or maximizing ROAS – you know how to push the right buttons. Ready to take the lead in an international role full of opportunities, freedom, and room to grow?
What does this role involve?
As a SEA specialist, your day revolves around SEA, affiliate marketing, and data. You manage and optimize campaigns via Google Ads and Microsoft Ads – always with a sharp eye on online sales performance. But that's not all: our affiliate partners in the UK, the Netherlands, Germany, and France also rely on your expertise.
Data is your best friend. Through A/B testing and data analysis, you know exactly where to adjust. You’ll collaborate with the e-commerce team and other internal stakeholders to ensure campaigns align with business goals. At the same time, you’ll oversee the marketing budget across no less than nine countries. All to meet – and exceed – your ROAS targets.
You also coordinate between teams and channels, so that campaigns and inventory management run smoothly. Important note: social advertising is not part of your role. SEA and affiliate are your main focus – and your strength.
Why will this be your new job?
Because it checks all the boxes: strong brands, international campaigns, large budgets, and the freedom to shape your own strategy. You’ll truly drive SEA growth and see the impact of your work. You’ll join a digital-driven team that values knowledge sharing and collaboration. A place where you’ll keep learning, developing yourself, and making a real impact on key projects. Best of all: you decide how to get things done. We trust your expertise.
