You are customer-focused
In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for German-speaking customers, helping them with questions about their savings accounts and guiding them through various banking processes. Whether via phone or email, you'll provide clear, professional, and friendly support while ensuring every customer feels valued and well-informed.
Beyond customer interactions, you'll also handle a variety of administrative tasks, including processing customer information and maintaining accurate records. Attention to detail is essential, especially when working with confidential data and financial information.

- Minimum MBO level 4 (secondary vocational education) or equivalent;
- Fluent in German and Dutch;
