This is a varied position combining logistics, administration, customer contact and operational support. You will initially work through JOBWELL B.V. On a temporary agency basis, with long-term prospects and the possibility of a permanent position with the client if both parties are satisfied.

Our client is a specialised logistics service provider located in the Port of Rotterdam. The organisation operates within the container, transport and shipping industry and specialises in services involving flexitanks, liner bags, container modifications, logistics and the handling of liquid products.
You will be joining a professional and hands-on working environment where quality, speed, service and teamwork are important.
Over de functie
As a Logistics Office Coordinator, you are an important link between customers, the office and the operational team.
You will maintain contact with customers, process orders and administrative information and ensure that operational activities are properly prepared. You will also coordinate logistical movements and maintain an overview when several assignments are running simultaneously.
This is not a position where you will spend the entire day behind a desk. When necessary, you will also support operational activities, and driving a forklift may be part of your work.
Wat vragen wij van jou
You are available full-time, work accurately and are comfortable taking responsibility. You communicate well, can set priorities independently and enjoy working in a dynamic logistics environment.
For this position, we require a valid forklift certificate. Forklift experience and previous experience within logistics, transport or the Port of Rotterdam are considered an advantage.
You should also have a practical, proactive attitude and be interested in a position with long-term prospects.
Wat bieden wij jou
You will initially start on a temporary agency contract through JOBWELL B.V. For 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
We offer a salary indication of €2,900 to €3,500 gross per month based on 40 hours per week, depending on your knowledge and experience.
This position offers genuine long-term prospects. If you perform well, there is the possibility of a permanent employment contract with the client.
You will work in a varied environment where logistics, administration, customer contact and operational activities come together. The client itself states that it is looking for employees who want to stay for the longer term and that it invests in its employees.
