Wat je gaat doen As a CNC Programmer / CNC Turner, you are responsible for independently setting up, programming and producing accurate metal components. You work with modern CNC machines and ensure that products meet the highest quality standards. Your responsibilities include:

• Setting up, programming and operating CNC turning machines;
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings;
• Adjusting and optimizing CNC programs;
• Setting tools and checking dimensions and tolerances;
• Performing quality checks on finished products;
• Identifying and resolving deviations during the production process;
• Contributing ideas for process improvements.

You will work in a 3-shift schedule:

• Morning shift: 06:00 – 14:00;
• Afternoon shift: 14:00 – 22:00;
• Night shift: 22:00 – 06:00.

• A salary starting from €3,850 gross per month including shift allowance;

• Experience as a CNC Turner, CNC Programmer or CNC Machinist;
• Knowledge of technical drawings and machining processes;
• Technical insight and a strong focus on quality;
• Experience with CNC controls such as Fanuc or Siemens is an advantage;
• Willingness to work in a 3-shift schedule.
