Your tasks include:
- Operating, setting up and adjusting production machines
- Converting and changing machines for different production orders
- Performing quality checks and recording measurement data
- Solving malfunctions and carrying out minor (preventive) maintenance
- Ensuring a constant supply of materials to the production line
- Identifying improvement opportunities and contributing to process optimisation

Functie-eisen We are looking for a motivated (junior) Operator who is eager to learn and take responsibility.You are a good fit for this role if you:
- Have an MBO level 2 or 3 diploma, preferably in a technical field
- Have technical insight and a hands-on mentality
- Are not afraid to get your hands dirty
- Have a very good command of Dutch or English
- Enjoy working as part of a team
- Are willing to work in a 4-shift system, with transition to 5 shifts
- You have your own accommodation en transport.
You will be working for an innovative production organisation focused on sustainable plastic solutions for the professional market. The products are made from recycled plastic and supplied to business customers both nationally and internationally. Using modern production techniques, the company works daily on quality, sustainability and the future of its employees.
The work location is in the Nijmegen region and easily accessible from cities such as Tiel, Oss, Arnhem, or from the German border area, including Kleve or Goch.
