As an Operator 3-shifts, you will contribute to the production of high-quality aircraft tires that meet the stringent standards of the aviation industry. Working with advanced machinery, you’ll combine technical insight with hands-on skills to ensure a smooth and efficient production process. You’ll collaborate closely with your team in a rotating shift system, while also having opportunities to further develop your expertise through internal training and practical experience.
What You Will Do:
- Machine operation: operate and adjust machines to ensure safe and efficient production
- Quality control: perform inspections and checks to meet the high standards of the aviation industry
- Process monitoring: oversee the production process, identifying and resolving deviations in a timely manner
- Team collaboration: work with colleagues to achieve shared goals and maintain a positive work environment
- Skill development: participate in internal training to enhance your technical knowledge and abilities
