Your tasks?
- Providing advanced technical support and diagnostics to dealers for complex product issues;
- Coordinating service programs to ensure brand standards across all product lines;
- Managing the warranty budget and implementing cost control improvements;
- Delivering technical product training during international dealer workshops and events;
- Analyzing warranty data to identify quality improvements and training needs.
You as a person?
You possess a technical degree, preferably in engineering, and have a genuine interest in watersports. With at least three years of B2B management experience, you know how to navigate technical product environments and dealer networks. You are a self-starter who takes ownership of results and communicates fluently in English. Your problem-solving mindset and professional resilience allow you to thrive in a fast-paced international setting. You are comfortable with regular travel across international borders to support our partners on-site. It will defintely help if you're a surfer as well.
