Functieomschrijving:
As an operator, you are responsible for keeping the production line running safely and efficiently. You operate, adjust and maintain production equipment and make sure product quality stays at the right level. In general, your tasks are:

• Setting up and operating machines.
• Adjusting machine settings.
• Performing changeovers.
• Monitoring product quality.
• Solving small technical issues.
• Performing preventive maintenance.
• Cleaning the production line.
• Recording production data and quality results.
• Working with colleagues and the technical department.

Functievereisten:
You do not need to know every machine yet, but you should already be comfortable in a production environment and willing to learn new equipment and processes.

• Experience in production, preferably as an operator or machine operator.
• Technical understanding and confidence working with production equipment.
• Willingness to work in a 2-shift or 3-shift schedule.
• Accurate working style and attention to quality and safety.
• Able to work independently and cooperate well with colleagues.

Arbeidsvoorwaarden:

• Gross monthly salary between €3.100,- and €3.600,- depending on experience and shift schedule.
• Shift allowance of 12% in 2 shifts or 21,5% in 3 shifts.
• 200 vacation hours plus 4 ATV days per year on a full-time basis.

• Travel allowance from 10 kilometres one way.
