In this role, you will be involved in daily tasks such as checking and sorting defective bottles or replenishing machines with lid rollers. You will support operators in their work and make sure everything stays clean and tidy.
Production at Bavaria runs 24/7, which means you will work a three-shift schedule from Monday to Friday.
The working hours are as follows:
- Morning shift: 06:00 - 14:00
- Afternoon shift: 14:00 - 22:00
- Night shift: 22:00 - 06:00
Flexibility is essential, as you will be scheduled at different times.

The Bottling Plant is strategically located, making it easily accessible from surrounding cities such as Helmond, Eindhoven, Veghel, and Uden. However, due to the early start times associated with shift work—such as starting as early as 6:00 AM—traveling by public transport may not be a practical option. For this reason, personal transportation is necessary to ensure reliable arrival at the plant. The good news is that the facility provides ample parking options for both bicycles and cars, making commuting convenient for all employees.
Wie ben je?- You are flexible and can work at different times;

- A good salary of €16,34 gross per hour, including ADV allowance and year-end bonus;
- A shift allowance of 150% between 6:00 PM and 6:00 AM;
- A good pension plan trough STIPP;
- Holiday pay (8,33%) & Holiday hours (10,92%);
- Travel allowance (€0,21) for distances over 10 km one way;
