Wat je gaat doen As a CNC Lathe Operator, you’ll work within a small, dedicated production team that manufactures unique, high-precision machine components. Using your CNC turning expertise, you deliver top-quality parts — from single pieces to small series — and ensure every product meets strict quality standards. You’ll also have the opportunity to continue developing yourself, for example by mastering Siemens CNC controls or expanding your machining techniques.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Machining: producing components accurately based on technical drawings.
• Programming: independently creating or adjusting CNC programs within the control system.
• Inspecting: performing precise interim and final measurements to guarantee top quality.
• Problem-solving: identifying deviations and taking immediate corrective action.
• Learning & Developing: continuously improving your technical skills and contributing to team development.

• Proven experience as a CNC Lathe Operator
• Familiar with CNC programming and motivated to master Siemens controls
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings accurately
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and flexible
• Very good command of the English language (Dutch is a plus)
• MBO-level education or equivalent work and thinking skills.
• You have your own accommodation and transport
