Your main tasks:
- Setting up and adjusting production lines according to the production order.
- Monitoring the entire packaging process and taking action when needed.
- Solving minor technical issues independently and informing the technical team for larger faults.
- Refilling packaging materials on time to prevent downtime.
- Performing routine quality checks and reporting deviations immediately.
- Actively contributing to line improvements and teamwork on the shop floor.
- Morning: 07:00 – 15:00
- Afternoon: 15:00 – 23:00
- Night: 23:00 – 07:00
- Has experience as an operator, preferably in packaging or the food industry.
- No direct experience but highly motivated? Show us why you're the right candidate for the job, training is provided.
- Works accurately and feels responsible for product quality.
- Performs well in a dynamic environment where tempo and quality go hand in hand.
- Is available full-time in a 3-shift system.
- Hourly wage between €17.99 and €18.96, plus 20% shift allowance on every hour.
- A fulltime work week of 37.5 hours.
