Stichting Vital Aid Foundation (VAF) is an organization based in The Hague. Our main mandate is, among other things, to effectively facilitate the social and economic integration of the minority with a migration background in Dutch society and culture.
VAF offers services in social work for migrant women with a troubled background, daily care, nursing, medical cleaning and help in the household, guidance and 24-hour care to users throughout the Netherlands. We offer both indicated and private care
What are we looking for:
For the position of Intercedent Care we are looking for an enthusiastic and committed colleague who has specific expertise and affinity with the social issues of migration and integration.

The purpose of this vacancy is to assist migrant mothers aged 20-45 who are in urgent need of reintegration into the labour market to a paid job at the end of a 3-6 month coaching and employability training.
The Intercedent must be able to secure work for the target group, help the organization expand our network of employers and attract new care users for financial sustainability.
Job description:
- You are the binding factor between companies and intended job seekers.
- Create an active network of employers providing migrants with access to work (priority action)
- Help our target group to find work in the healthcare sector,
- Concluding business contracts with healthcare users and employers
- Liaising with various stakeholders, the municipality and companies
- Giving advice and support to the board of the Foundation.
Job requirements
Of course, you have relevant knowledge of healthcare and you have completed a relevant MBO or HBO education, for example SPH, policy and management in healthcare, marketing or business administration. You keep yourself informed of developments within the field and assess them for applicability within the organization. In addition, you have knowledge of specific regulations and financing flows within the WMO and the personal budget (PGB), Zvw, WIz.
You are active in setting up and maintaining partnerships with external parties (including welfare organisations) to promote the influx of clients and our care team. Finally, you are a good fundraiser, who has a good idea of what subsidies are available for the work of the organization in healthcare / integration.
You have knowledge and experience with an international working environment.
