WAT GA JE DOEN?
We are looking for a motivated CE Driver – Tractor-Trailer for the transport of full truckloads of recyclable waste paper/cardboard or plastics.
The work mainly consists of transporting full loads, 3 to 4 addresses per day, primarily within the Netherlands, but occasionally just across the border in Belgium or Germany. Sometimes you load or unload yourself using a forklift. No forklift experience is required—you’ll pick it up quickly, and we’ll be happy to arrange a certificate for you.
You will be working for a close-knit family business with 40 trucks, where personal attention and short lines of communication are key. Maintenance is carried out in our own workshop.
Start time is around 04:00/05:00. The working day averages 10 to 12 hours. Work is from Monday to Friday; weekends are free.
With good performance, this will become a permanent position.
WAT BRENG JIJ MEE?
- CE driving license and valid code 95;
- Experience with tractor-trailers;
- Living near Boxtel and able to speak Dutch or English.
WAT HAAL JIJ ERUIT?
Salary & Benefits (in accordance with the Dutch collective labour agreement for professional goods transport):
- Hourly wage between €16,64 and €20,24 gross;
- ADV allowance of 1.38% on top of your gross salary;
- Net expense allowance of €0.83 per hour;
- Travel allowance of €0.23 per km (from 10 km one way);
- 19% night shift allowance (21:00 – 05:00);
- 30% overtime allowance (over 40 hours per week);
- 8.33% holiday allowance;
- 25 vacation days (based on full-time work);
