Your role in a snapshot
We are seeking a dynamic Cluster Marketing Executive to join our hospitality marketing team. This role focuses on executing marketing initiatives across multiple channels with particular emphasis on digital marketing, content creation, guest engagement, and brand activations. You'll play a key part in shaping the guest journey across touchpoints that go far beyond social media, with regular weekly travels between Amsterdam and The Hague.
You won't be doing it alone; you'll be supported by our Cluster Marketing Manager and work alongside our Social Media Executive, ensuring you can focus on impactful marketing activities that drive conversion, reputation, and brand love.

Be a flexible team player, ready to support on diverse marketing projects when needed
Keep our brand looking consistent and stunning across everything
Make sure our team knows about every exciting update before our guests do
Design marketing materials that people don't immediately throw away
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or something that proves you get it.
1-3 years making marketing magic happen (bonus points for hospitality, lifestyle, or F&B)
You can write copy that converts and design things that don't hurt people's eyes
WordPress and Canva are your creative playground tools
Email marketing platforms and CRMs don't intimidate you
You understand the guest journey from "hmm, maybe" to "let's book now!"
You write like you actually want people to read what you've written
You have that rare combo of creativity + brand obsession
You juggle multiple projects without dropping the ball (or your sanity)
Numbers don't scare you - you know what good marketing performance looks like
Bonus points if you have
Experience making hospitality booking systems work for you
Local tourism knowledge that helps us stand out from the crowd
Dutch language skills (English is our working language) •
Basic photography or video skills to occasionally capture team moments or events
A sixth sense for what makes influencer partnerships actually work
Google Analytics skills that turn data into actionable insight
