Manpower is looking for a Payroll & People Admin Professional for our client in Rotterdam.
This is what you'll do
- Process monthly payroll for designated EMEA countries in collaboration with external vendors
 - Ensure full compliance with local legislation and company policies
 - Handle HR administration tasks including onboarding, offboarding, and contract changes
 - Manage sick leave and pension documentation
 - Act as a first point of contact for employee queries via the ServiceNow ticket system
 - Collaborate with internal departments such as HR and Finance to streamline service delivery
 - Maintain process documentation and create knowledge articles to support internal self-service
