Manpower is looking for a Crew Boss in Construction for Cirque du Soleil in The Hague.

You are the leader of the local team responsible for the smooth setup and teardown of the Cirque du Soleil site. You supervise the employees, give clear instructions, and ensure all tasks are carried out efficiently and in an organized manner. From erecting tents to placing fences, flooring, and signage - you keep an overview and actively participate yourself. You pay attention to safety, check materials, and report any damage or shortages.
