Responsibilities include


  • Facilitate senior level workshops and seminars to develop business acumen and manage change in blue chip clients, travelling to Europe and occasionally across the globe, in order to deliver their consultancy services

  • Designing and managing programmes linked to strategy and business priorities, drawing on one's own skills, knowledge and structured information gathering from key stakeholders within each client

  • Develop project leading capability quickly to become a key member of the international consulting team, initiating, designing and delivering projects that add value to their clients and enhance BTS' reputation

  • Manage client relationships, help clients address new needs within their organisation and identify referrals for new sales opportunities. Every successful consultant at BTS is viewed as a valued strategic partner by the client

Vaardigheden


  • Master's degree in Business or related fields

  • 5 - 10 years of business, management and/or leadership experience (not including internships)

  • Proven financial analysis, presentation and facilitation skills

  • Fluent command of Dutch and English

  • An ability to communicate effectively at all levels of a client organisation

  • A mature and professional demeanour

  • Interest and experience in strategy, finance, leadership, project management and consultative selling
