Your responsibilities include:
- Operating and monitoring machines for weighing and mixing ingredients;
- Following procedures with a strong emphasis on quality and safety;
- Collaborating with colleagues and reporting to supervisors;
- Preparing production batches, conducting quality checks, recording production data, and cleaning and maintaining equipment.
- Attractive hourly wage of €16.88, excluding shift allowances;
- ADV allowance of 5.12%;
- Shift allowance of 20.5% for working in 3 shifts, paid for every hour worked;
- Opportunity to transition to a permanent contract with IFF after 6 months, offering a one-year contract;
- Travel expense reimbursement starting from 10 kilometres;
- Pension accumulation from your first week of work.
- Availability for 3-shift work;
- Experience in a production environment;
- Proficiency in Dutch and/or English;
- Flexibility, stress resistance, and attention to safety and hygiene;
- Comfort with working with strongly scented raw materials.
