We are looking for a Technical Production Employee in day shifts for our client in Dordrecht. You'll earn an average gross monthly salary between €2719 and €3088 based on a 36-hour workweek - meaning you'll have every other week a full day off or a half-day off each week!

• A salary between €2.719 and €3.088 gross per month, depending on experience and knowledge;
• A 36-hour workweek, Monday through Friday;
• Working times from 07:30 untill 16:15 o'clock;
• 8.33% holiday allowance;
• 25 vacation days per year;

As a Technical Production Employee, you'll be responsible for measuring and cutting ropes or steel wires to the required length. These products are custom-made for each client in the maritime and offshore industry. You'll move semi-finished materials to your workstation and braid the ropes by hand. Throughout the process, you'll monitor both product and machine quality. Once completed, you'll make sure the finished product is properly packed for shipment.

Not only in the Netherlands, but also in the United States, Mexico, Germany, Poland, Portugal, and Brazil, they serve customers with high-quality steel rope products used across a wide range of markets and applications - including cranes, oil and gas exploration, drilling, and mining.

• Experience as a Technical Production Employee;
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks and working in a fixed position;
• Good command of Dutch or English.
