You'll be working your magic from 23:00 to 7:00, ensuring smooth nights for our ID Aparthotel guests. Are you up for the adventure? It all began in Sloterdijk, when our founders adopted an office building and transformed it into our first apartment-hotel. Since then, we've hosted over 100,000 guests from more than 40 countries here. Some have called us 'home' for months, while others stay just for a weekend. We're their little corner of Amsterdam, for as long as they need us. It was at Amsterdam ID Aparthotel that we perfected our signature warm feeling. The Job
So what can you expect? You will join a night shift at 23:00 with a team handover, ensuring smooth check-ins and preparations. You provide info to outgoing or returning The July Twenty Eight guests. After the VIP prep, you will check hotel safety and tidy up the lobby for the first morning guests. Then you will prepare important tasks for the morning colleagues, handle wake-up calls, and you will be finished by 7:00!
As our Night Receptionist, you will ensure that the hotel stay for guests is as pleasant as possible. Besides acting as the first point of contact for guests, you are also responsible for monitoring the atmosphere and safety.

You are a natural host. No need to ask for something, you've already done it
You have a bubbly personality that is eager to get started
You have good communication skills. In English as well
You work independently, but also well together
You know Amsterdam inside out. The newest places? Tried and tested!
Preferably you have been behind a hotel reception desk, but experience is certainly not a must
You are able to work from 23:00 till 7:00
You also live nearby or in Amsterdam
