All-round Production Worker

Wat je gaat doen As a Production Operator at FrieslandCampina in Wolvega, you play an important role in producing premium cheeses sold worldwide. You will work in a team where safety, quality, and collaboration are key.
Your responsibilities include:

• Packaging various types of cheese with attention to quality and hygiene.
• Assisting in cutting and preparing products for shipment.
• Performing quality checks according to food safety standards.
• Working in a 3-shift system (morning, afternoon, and night shifts).
• Collaborating with colleagues to ensure smooth production processes.
• Operating modern machinery and techniques in an innovative production environment.

• Gross salary of approximately €2,650 per month (excluding shift allowance).
• Temporary contract with the prospect of permanent employment.
• Full-time position (32–40 hours per week).
• 8% holiday allowance + 5% year-end bonus.
• Travel allowance of €0.23 per km (max €13.80 per day).
• Training and development opportunities, including packaging methods and quality control.
