What you’ll do: You’ll lead a team of 22 across all warehouse processes: inbound, outbound, inventory, and issue resolution. You identify bottlenecks, take action, and ensure smooth daily operations. Working closely with other team leaders, you continuously improve processes and achieve targets.
Your responsibilities include:
- Coaching and developing team members while fostering collaboration
- Motivating the team to deliver top-quality results daily
- Monitoring KPIs and managing performance
- Handling administrative tasks and general operational duties
