As a renovation assistant, you’ll hand out building materials, help clear out homes, supply tools and materials, assist with crane operations, and clean the worksite. Once you’re ready, you’ll help on the roof with carpentry and placing roof tiles. Over time, you’ll take on more responsibilities and choose a path to specialize in—such as demolition, carpentry, roofing, or crane operation.

Your employer supports your growth by offering certifications like VCA, aerial work platform, and crane operation, along with construction-related training to boost your skills and career.

Regarding pay, you’ll start at €15.88 per hour plus a 4.8% ADV allowance, which amounts to about €2,884.09 per month. That’s solid earnings!

You’ll work Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 16:00. You’ll meet at the company depot at 06:00, or if you live nearby, you can go straight to the renovation site.
