To pursue our ambitious growth development in the Netherlands, we are currently looking for aSenior Legal OfficerinReal Estateteam.

• Assisting clients in implementation, incorporation and optimising of holding, financing, and real estate companies and building and maintaining a strong relationship with clients
• Evaluating, reviewing and preparing all relevant legal documents and regulations in relation to the client (from a directors point of view)
• Keeping the client company in legal good standing
• Taking part in developing restructuring plans or other transactions in compliance with recommendations of the local regulatory body, including spin – offs, mergers and acquisitions
• Assisting and attending of board meetings and shareholders meetings
• Actively participate in our growth ambitions by marketing our service offering
• Coaching and training junior team members

• You have adescent level of Dutch
• You hold a Masters degree in Dutch (corporate) law
• You have at least 3 years of experience and affinity with corporate management services
• You are fluent in English, both verbally and in writing
• You possess team spirit, the capacity to build strong client relationships, and take initiative to act without waiting for direction when appropriate

Salary range for this position:€48000 - 58000 -12 month basis,and on top:

• Holliday allowance:8%paid in May
• Year bonus(13th salary):seniority and performance based.
• Mobility allowance:€600monthly(€7200 -12 month basis).
• Premium Pension:fully paid pension plan, no contribution needed.
• Gym Subscription:€40monthly or yearmembershipof €480.
• Travel Expenses:public transport costs fully covered by the companyorcost per km compensation.
• Holidays days per annum:30and ,in addition, you will have a1 day off for your Birthdayand aday off for the Good Friday.
• Unique location nearby the Amsterdamse Bos.
