As a handy man/packer at our small powder coating company in Montfoort, you will be responsible for hanging, taking down, and packing various metal products that go through the powder coating process. You'll carefully prepare items for coating, remove them after finishing, and ensure they are packed securely for delivery to customers. Your main tools will be your hands and a keen eye for detail - every day is active and varied!

A typical workday starts with a team briefing and setting up products to be coated. You'll work in a close-knit team, moving between stations, helping with both light and slightly heavier tasks. The pace is steady but not rushed, with friendly teammates always ready to help. You'll be on your feet, handling metal parts, sometimes using simple tools or packing materials. No two days are exactly the same, so you won't get bored!
