Management Asisstant - Digital

What will you do:
As a Management Assistant, you will provide superior support and coordination for the management team or department. You will perform a wide range of administrative duties, involving but not limited to, the following:
Researching and composing correspondence on behalf of the executive, producing expense reports and purchase orders; attending meetings; updating organizational charts; coordinating department or equipment moves; ordering and maintaining office supplies; reviewing and screening incoming mail and copying and distributing materials.
Manage a complex calendar and orchestrates a full range of meeting, event, and travel arrangements.
Work with Travel Desk regarding planning of travel.
Utilizes expert computer skills and business knowledge to create high quality graphic and text presentations often under tight timeframes and limited direction. Interprets needs, determines and produces effective presentation layout and text, and organizes final documents.
Research, gather, compile, compute, format, and interpret data and information to produce highly confidential and special reports requiring the identification and selection of relevant information from a variety of sources.
Maintain and updates on-going reports.
Manage the process of ensuring effective channels of communication and data sharing among the business group leadership team.
Be point of contact for all day to day office matters to make sure the office runs smooth.

Who are you:
You are a motivated, strong communicator with verifiable experience in a support level capacity. The brand inspires you and you are looking for a role in a faced paced environment where you can prove your added value every day. You are not easily rattled and have previously worked in high pressured environments.
Besides that, you have an extensive knowledge of modern office practices, procedures, and equipment. You are used to work with confidential information, you have a flexible work mentality and capable of managing priorities in a demanding international environment. You have experience with organizing events, managing calendars and meetings and you are fluent in English (verbal and written). Furthermore you are looking for a fulltime position.

Who are we:
Adecco is in-house at the world's largest sports company. Their European HQ is based in Hilversum (Amsterdam/Utrecht area).
In this role you will support the the Digital team. Duration of the roles would be 18 months, where it is Adecco policy to extend 3 contracts of 6 months.

We are preferably looking for a Management Assistant who can start asap.
