Manpower is looking for a Service & Aftersales Engineer for a company in Sittard.
As a Service & Aftersales Engineer, you'll be the technical backbone of our customer support operation. You'll provide electrical/electronic support post-installation, carry out quality control tests, and ensure customer satisfaction through efficient troubleshooting, training, and service coordination.
Your key responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for electrical and electronic systems post-installation and during interventions
- Perform QC testing of outgoing instruments for safety and performance
- Prepare service records in compliance with internal protocols
- Coordinate and perform maintenance, repairs, retrofits, and upgrades at HQ, customer sites, or remotely.
- Handle warranty and non-warranty service requests with timely and effective resolution
- Analyze recurring issues and customer feedback to support product improvements
- Support spare parts identification and ordering
- Deliver technical training to agents, distributors, and end-users
- Maintain strong relationships with clients through exceptional aftersales support
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and R&D teams
- Manage service-related warehouse logistics and field service scheduling
