We are looking for new talent to join our aeronautical customer support engineering team. As a Customer Support Engineer, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries regarding technical issues through various communication channels, including Internet-based systems, telephone calls, and email. You play a crucial role in providing prompt and effective solutions to both personal and business clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
A description of the daily tasks:
- Act of new regulations, maintenance requirements and aircraft type related maintenance instructies/information
- Create and maintain programs based on data
- Monitor the airworthiness status of aircrafts and execution of maintenance
- Analyze maintenance related parameters
- 1FTE 40 hours per week
- Salary €3000 - €3500 depending on education and experience
- Good primary and secondary employment and working conditions
- 25 leave and 13 ATV days per year
