Partner Management Coordinator, Hilversum

This is a fulltime position, with a 6 months contract, intention to extend.

What does the role involve?

You will support the EMEA Partner Management Director in managing the strategic business planning process, authoring strategic and business plans organizing and managing key strategic meetings, working on projects such as Commercial Trade Terms for Franchising Business, Fleet Management processes for Stores, (i.e coming up with process for openings, closures, keeping the fleet and partner data up to date), driving Partner/Franchising strategy of working with the best in class retailers.

• Update and feed of Fleet master file (revenue forecast, opening, closures, refit, relocation plans)
• Trade Terms management and reporting discount submission and communication
• Maintenance of legal agreement master files to provide reliable information and ensure legal compliance
• Master Data checks & communication e.g. Cross-functional communication of closures, Salesforce Connect updates for new stores
• Operationalize new Hybrid model for Partner Management
• Lead key projects to create critical long-lasting efficiencies
• Development of systems and tools e.g. Easy-to-access dashboards for fleet plans and legal agreements.
• Support in meetings, agendas, minutes
