Technical Sales Engineer - RF Test & Measurement
We are looking for a Technical Sales Engineer with a strong background in RF Test & Measurement. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of work experience and a passion for sales. This position offers a great opportunity to apply technical and sales skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background in one or more of the following sectors RF T&M solutions, AC/DC Power, Electrical Safety, Power Quality, as well as a proven track record in technical sales.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers and sales partners to identify and meet their needs
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities and sales strategies
- Understand customer requirements and provide technical advice and recommendations
- Evaluate customer needs and priorities to ensure customer satisfaction
- Provide sales forecasts and track sales performance relative to objectives
- Analyse customer feedback and develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction
- Provide technical support to customers and sales partners
- Develop and deliver product training and presentations
- Attend trade shows and conferences to promote products and services
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and developments
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- 3+ years of work experience in RF Test & Measurement
- Bachelor’s Degree in electrical/electronic Engineering or related field
- Strong technical knowledge of RF, Test & Measurement products and services
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills in English and Dutch
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to travel as needed
- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales management tools
- Living in The Netherlands
- Full Driving License
Benefits:
- Salary €70k - €80k DoE
