With 6 fully equipped meeting and event rooms hosting events of up to 150 guests, this is your chance to showcase your hospitality skills in a dynamic environment.
What you'll do
As Meeting & Events Associate, you will support the smooth execution of meetings and events, assisting with guest service, room setup, coordination, and event operations. You will:
Welcome and assist guests during meetings and events, providing friendly and professional service.
Prepare meeting and event rooms, including setup, mise-en-place, and equipment arrangements.
Support event execution, including basic tableside service, beverage service, and assisting with catering as required.
Follow company policies, safety standards, and hygiene regulations.
Contribute ideas and feedback to improve guest experience and operational processes.
What we're looking for
MBO 3 work- and thinking level, with hospitality or event experience
Guest-focused mindset with excellent communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team and follow instructions from supervisors
Knowledge of company rules, frameworks, and basic safety & hygiene regulations
Enthusiasm for events, catering, and providing memorable experiences
