As a Maintenance Operations Planner, you are the central coordination point for all our global line stations. From our maintenance facility in Maastricht, you ensure that daily operations run smoothly and efficiently. You keep oversight, communicate clearly, and act quickly when needed. You play a key role in handling Aircraft On Ground (AOG) situations, planning resources and tools, organizing engineer rotations, and maintaining continuous communication with customers, engineers, and internal departments.
You responsibilities
- Create and manage staff schedules for line engineers across multiple international stations.
- Monitor engineer licenses and certifications to ensure compliance and readiness.
- Maintain daily communication with customers, engineers, and CAMO regarding aircraft status and operational needs.
- Plan mid‑term requirements for tooling, GSE, materials, and specialized services (such as NDT) at remote locations.
- Support the Line Maintenance Manager with reporting, documentation, and administrative tasks.

- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to work confidently with database systems.

What you can expect
- A starting salary between €3,600 and €4,500 gross per month, depending on your experience.
