- You perform the tasks that are necessary to start the production process and make sure there is a proper information handover at the end of the shift.
- You operate a variety of machines and do minor technical troubleshooting yourself. You report major malfunctions or deviations to the management or technical department in good time.
- You make sure data is correctly registered and processed in the computer system.
- You check the quality level of the cuttings that are processed and guide employees in performing the tasks.
- You make sure that the planting process keeps running continuously.
- You have at least a Secondary Vocational Education (MBO) working and thinking level.
- You have technical insight and are inventive and decisive.
- You can work with computers and are stress-resistant.
- You have excellent communication skills and you can manage employees.
- You have a good sense of responsibility and are focused on quality.
- You are willing to work flexible hours and during weekends according to a specific schedule.
- You are fluent in English; speaking Polish is a plus.
- This position is for 38 hours per week.
