About the position
You will perform basic piping tasks on large projects and industrial sites, including:
- Assembling and disassembling components (piping, equipment, valves)
- Working on low and high-pressure systems
- Assisting with prefabrication of piping components
- Pressure testing, filling and draining piping systems
- Blinding and de-blinding pipelines
- Assessing loads, determining rigging equipment, lifting and guiding
What we ask of you
- Valid VCA certificate (or willing to obtain before start)
- Flange mechanic certificate
- Certificate for slinging and guiding loads
- Knowledge of tools, components and connection techniques
- Ability to read technical drawings, P&IDs, specs and isometrics
- Driving license B and own transport
- Motivation and responsibility
