As the perfect candidate for this Customer service role:
- You have great communication skills in German and English
- You have prior experience in Customer Service or Contact Center roles
- You are flexible, being able to work both morning and evening shifts between 08:30 - 20:30 (weekends also), your working schedule will be known one month in advance
- Thrive in a fasted paced environment and being result focused
The customer service representative will be responsible for:
- Answer queries and support customer via phone, email and chat
- Responsible for updating internal databases with feedback about technical issues and proactively make suggestions for improving the company's offerings
- Because of your proactive approach in the workplace you will have the opportunity to collaborate with different teams to help shape the future of the company
