Hoe ziet jouw werkdag eruit?

As a trainee wet paint sprayer, you start the day by going through the work folders containing all the product specifications and technical drawings. You check that everything is correct and carefully prepare the materials - for example, by degreasing and sanding. You then work with your buddy to precisely calibrate the spraying equipment, ensuring the paint is applied perfectly. Throughout the day, you'll work with focus on various products, ensuring a high-quality finish. At the end of the day, you'll make sure your work area and tools are clean again. You'll work with increasing independence, but always as part of a team where everyone supports one another and where hard work is balanced with a good dose of humour.

Wat breng je mee?

No experience is necessary! If you're enthusiastic and keen to learn the trade, you're very welcome. All we ask is that you can speak and read Dutch or English. That way, you'll be able to work well with your colleagues and will soon become part of our friendly team!

You will start at the apprantice salary of €3084,- bruto per month.
