As a Technical Support Specialist, you will join an international technical team dedicated to delivering high-level service to an extensive network of distributors and dealers across the EMEA region. In this dynamic starter position, you will bridge the gap between technical innovation and customer satisfaction, working directly with advanced hardware and software across four core segments: Sign Graphics, Industrial Products, Textile Applications, and 3D Printing.
Your primary focus is delivering top-notch after-sales support-diagnosing and troubleshooting complex technical issues via a CRM helpdesk system and on-site interventions. As you build up comprehensive product expertise, your role will expand to hosting technical training sessions, performing high-end machine refurbishments, assisting with international trade shows, and collaborating closely with R&D, Sales, and Warranty departments.
