As an Aircraft Parts Buyer at our client, you will be responsible for the strategic and operational procurement of aircraft parts and related services. You will ensure that all materials and services are available at the right time and under the right conditions, so that the maintenance process can run efficiently and without interruptions. You'll do this by working closely with both internal departments and external suppliers, acting proactively to keep aircraft safe and operational on schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Processing purchase, repair, and sales orders.
- Arranging and tracking shipments, including AOG transport.
- Generating reports for internal and external customers.
- Tracking high-value components during maintenance projects.
- Providing administrative support to the Logistics team.
- Assisting the Sales Manager with preparing quotations.
Our client, an established and independent provider of aircraft maintenance, is currently expanding its operations. Specializing in the maintenance of regional jet and turboprop aircraft since 1988, the company operates with more than 300 dedicated professionals from its main maintenance facilities at Maastricht Airport and various line stations worldwide.
Wie ben je?- At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Availability for 40 hours per week.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and databases.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Salary between €3,000 - €3,500 gross per month.
- 25 vacation days, 8% holiday allowance, and pension accrual.
- Travel expense reimbursement of €0.23/km, up to a maximum of 60 km per working day.
- Possibility of a direct contract with the client after 7 months of employment.
- Joining an international team.
