As a Customer Service Agent Export, you play an important role in ensuring export orders are processed efficiently and delivered on time. You act as the link between customers, warehouse operations, and internal departments, ensuring smooth communication and high service levels.
Your responsibilities include:
- Processing and coordinating export orders from the warehouse;
- Monitoring warehouse activities and shipment progress;
- Preparing, checking, and managing export documentation;
- Maintaining contact with customers regarding shipments and order status;
- Coordinating with internal departments to ensure smooth operations;
- Following up on customer requests and resolving operational issues;
- Ensuring all export activities are completed accurately and on time;
- Delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced logistics environment
