You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams across multiple countries, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and in line with brand and retailer guidelines.
Your responsibilities:
- Lead and manage projects from kickoff through production and in-store implementation
- Act as the main point of contact for the client and internal stakeholders
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including design, engineering, production, and operations
- Manage timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables across multiple projects
- Ensure compliance with brand standards and retailer visual merchandising guidelines
- Continuously improve project management processes and ways of working
- Proactively identify risks, challenges, and opportunities for improvement
- Proven experience as a project or account manager within the retail display / POS / visual merchandising industry (this is essential)
- Strong experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects from start to finish
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working in an international, cross-cultural environment
- Structured, proactive, and detail-oriented, with a hands-on mindset
- Fluent in English (C1+); Dutch and/or German is a plus but not required.

- Location: Uithoorn area (office-based role and not easily accessible by public transport; thus a car is required)
