For a specialized client in air technology, we are looking for a freelance commercial professional. The company operates in cleaning, installing, finishing, measuring and supplying air duct systems within residential construction, utility and industrial sectors.
Over de functie
As Commercial Manager, you are responsible for generating new projects in North Holland and South Holland.
Your responsibilities include:
- actively approaching new clients (B2B)
- securing projects within air technology / HVAC
- generating assignments for cleaning, installation and supply of air ducts
- focused on residential, utility and industrial projects
- leveraging your own network
- identifying market opportunities
- coordinating with operations after closing deals
Wat vragen wij van jou
- Experience in sales / business development
- Proven ability to bring in projects
- Network within residential construction, installation, construction, real estate or facilities
- Affinity with air technology / HVAC
- Independent working attitude (freelance)
- Commercial and results-driven
- Active in or familiar with North Holland and South Holland
