You'll communicate through phone, email, and chat, making sure customers receive clear answers and quick solutions. You'll also stay in contact with suppliers and logistics partners to make sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Your tasks:
- Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat;
- Providing solutions to customer questions and issues;
- Coordinating with suppliers and shipping partners;
- Following up on ongoing cases;
- Registering customer interactions in systems;
- Helping improve the overall customer journey.
