Key responsibilities
- Drive new business development across the North/West German region
- Acquire new healthcare customers and build long-term partnerships
- Manage and expand existing accounts by identifying needs and offering complementary solutions
- Engage with key decision-makers, including procurement teams, medical management, and end users
- Track market developments, customer trends, and commercial opportunities
- Maintain accurate pipeline management and customer documentation via CRM systems
- Support the launch and rollout of new products within the German market
- Represent the organization professionally as the regional face of the business
Requirements & qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a commercial healthcare-related role
- Medical or nursing education is a strong advantage, or proven sector affinity
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Structured, proactive, and results-driven working style
- Comfortable working remotely with frequent customer visits
- Willingness to travel regularly within the region, including overnight stays
- C2 level of German and good working proficiency in English
- Experience with Microsoft tools and CRM systems
