In this position, you act as the first point of contact for clients in Poland and the Netherlands, handling their questions efficiently and clearly via phone, email, and chat. You collaborate closely with your colleagues to deliver the best possible solutions while building in-depth knowledge of financial products and investment platforms. Your focus is on providing professional, personal support, always in line with internal procedures and applicable financial regulations.
Who You Are:
You have a strong interest in financial markets and genuinely enjoy supporting clients. You are eager to learn, hold at least an HBO (higher professional education) level of thinking and working, and are available for a minimum of 32 hours per week. With your strong communication skills, you are able to assist clients clearly and professionally in both Polish and English.
